Selig To Showcase Tamper-Evident Seal at Hispack

Stuart Pritchard April 18, 2018

Selig, a leading worldwide manufacturer of tamper evident cap and closure lining materials, will be showcasing the company’s innovative, easy to access packaging induction cap sealing technologies at Hispack 2018. Two main products will be featured at the show: the company’s market-leading Lift’n’Peel™range of induction seals and FoilSeal™ FS 5-10 heat induction foil innerseals.

Selig’s Lift ‘n’ Peel™ range of induction seals incorporates an easy open polyester tab that has been designed to be ergonomically easy to grip, flexible and extremely strong. With no additional processing or equipment required to incorporate the Lift ‘n’ Peel™ liner, closure manufacturers can improve yield while using standard punching equipment to insert it. Selig’s FoilSeal™ FS 5-10 heat induction foil innerseals combine ease of removal with tamper-evident properties.  They seal to all standard container materials and allow internal pressure to vent through the paper layer. Available as wax bonded or as a single element innerseal, FoilSeal™ FS 5-10 seals are ideal for dry products.

The Selig team will be on hand throughout the show to provide information on how to find the ideal liner for any application, ranging from food and beverage, pharmaceutical to agrochemical, cosmetics and healthcare. Visitors can also learn about Selig’s printing capabilities for additional branding.

Darcle Nielsen, Senior Business Development Manager at Selig, comments: “Hispack is the ideal platform to showcase the versatility of our product offerings. Over the years Selig has invested heavily in research and development and the result is a range of robust, highly secure seals that take product closure to the next level.”

Hispack takes place from 8-11 of May in Barcelona, Spain, more information on Selig can be found here.
